Columns, New Delhi are large-format photographs of a private home in New Delhi with appropriated columns, fashioned to formally resemble the classical Tuscan order, on its facade. The work questions contemporary architectural strategies by drawing attention to purely aesthetic, non-functional and non-structural elements in the building's design. Installed ceiling to floor, the works create and fragment the viewer's visual and physical experience of the interior space.
